THE SUNSET OVER EGYPT - MONDAY NIGHT

I don't know how I am supposed to explain how awesome this sunset was.  The moon is a whole another story!  I will just post some photos and hope that they can somehow represent 10% of the beauty we witnessed.



Sun starting to go down - check out the cirrus clouds above!  I hope that the photo isn't too dark.  Hard to 
tell on this monitor!  Someone can email me and let me know what it looks like.  It is different on every
monitor.  :)  It was awesome!!!!!





Sun setting on Mount Sinai - Monday Evening - May 23, 2005




I hope you can see this and it isn't too dark!  

Wowsers!  Ok so everyone ALREADY knows how much I LOVE sunsets!  You can only imagine how
excited I was to see this!  I was in AWE AWE AWE AWE!  I think my smile must have been a mile
wide and didn't go away the entire time we were watching.  Sigh...don't you wish ever night could
be like this one!




This was a really hard photograph.  It was too dark - I tried to lighten
it some.  You can see the moon rising over the shoulder of Moses (to
the left.)  David and Moses on Mount Sinai!  Moses was an amazing
person and a great tour guide!  We had a blast.

:) :) :) :) :)  Who wouldn't love this sunset?

I hope everyone can see the blues and pinks at the top.  This was an incredible view.  SO many colors!
One really could not count them all.  Amazing how beautiful something so simple can be!  The
greatest show on earth!  It was like a painting being unfolded right before our eyes.



MEANWHILE - NOT TO BE FORGOTTEN!!!!!!  THE MOON WAS RISING DIRECTLY BEHIND US!  IT WAS LIKE THE HEAVENS WERE DANCING.  THE SUN SETTING AND THE MOON RISING!  INCREDIBLE.  IT REALLY WAS IN UNISON.  WE KEPT TURNING BACK AND FORTH.  ONE PERSON WOULD SAY "LOOK AT THE SUN NOW" AND THEN ANOTHER PERSON WOULD SAY "LOOK AT THE MOON NOW!"  IT WAS TOO MUCH!!!!!

OK WELL I COULD GO ON AND ON WITH THIS.  I THINK YOU GET THE IDEA.  


TUESDAY WILL BRING SCUBA DIVING in Dahab, Egypt.  I can't wait!
