When did life become so busy :)  Do you ever feel like there is so much to learn and so little time to learn it in?  I think I am starting to feel that way...every day!  lol  I guess that is a good thing.

School has started again.  Climate and Geography this semester.  Also signed up for a nice photography class that is online.  So far I love it.  The instructor is extremely helpful and I am already learning a few tricks!

Looks like a heavy rain threat for our region this weekend and a potential major ice storm to our north and west.  We will have to watch the placement of the frontal system to determine who will get what!

Starting to prepare for severe weather season.  I need to get the office in shape.  Upgrading the computer so that it is much more reliable during high impact events.  Plenty to keep me busy in the days to come.

Heavy rain threat increasing for the weekend

EVENING MODELS ARE SHOWING INCREDIBLE RAINFALL TOTALS FOR THIS AREA.
NOT READY TO BITE ON THIS BUT THE HPC IS PREDICTING SEVEN INCHES FOR THE PADUCAH AREA!  I believe 1-3 inches will be likely.  Isolated heavier amounts.

We have received over 3 inches now.  Still raining...

EEK 4.30" of rain here in Paducah!  That is a lot of rain.  A tropical storm might as well have moved through here.  Looks like a possible WINTER STORM :) this weekend!  Could be some heavy frozen precip near our region.  Shall keep on eye on that.  All is well otherwise.  School is going great...everything is going great.  :)
